After moving into the Corona House apartments for the ridiculously low rent of 5000 yen a month, Kotaro Satomi discovers his Room 106 is haunted by teenage girl ghost Sanae. Also Magical Girl Yurika wants to control the room in order to block its powers from evildoers, and the luscious subterranean bombshell Kiriha needs this room to launch an invasion of our world, while fiery space princess Theiamillis needs it as well. But Kotaro is totally determined to keep his room from them.
